A Healthier Her Ambassadors
Interested in getting involved in an exciting and creative way?
YES! Okay, then you should join our team of dynamic ambassadors who help us deliver on our mission and vision! A Healither Her Ambassadors are key leaders within our institiute who help to implement our initiatives in their communities. Ambassadors serve as expert volunteers who energize, engage, and encourage others to take part in our movement. Ambassadors may help to lead initiatives, serve as committee members, or lead other volunteers during our signature events. Ambassadors receive leadership and volunteer training, specialzed training on their assigned initiative, any resources for implementation, and an customized A Healthier Her swagbox. Invitiations to special meetings and retreats is a must! Additionally, any ambassador that completes a minimum of 40 volunteer hours receives an official letter of verified volunteer service from the African American Institute for Women’s Health, Inc.
